Residency requirements for the 2023 Season. You have the following options.

Option 1 – Provide 3 proofs of residency listed in the Residence Eligibility Form. Residence shall be established and supported by documents containing the full residence which includes parent(s) or guardian(s) name, street address, city, state and zip code information, dated or in force between February 1, 2022 (previous year) and February 1, 2023 (current year), from one or more documents from each of the three Groups listed in the document. Note, three documents from the same group constitute only one document.

Option 2 – Complete the 2022-2023 School Enrollment Form and have it signed by the School Administrator, Principal or Vice Principal, and bring a copy of an official school document, such as a report card or enrollment form for the current school year.

The School Enrollment Form is the preferred method for establishing residency, and can be signed by your child's teacher.  More information can be found on the Residence Eligibility Information Sheet.
